I noticed this complaint in symbian-guru.com And a symbianv3 user sent me this mail;

Hi i bought a 3 years smart2go license for about 2 months ago from smart2go and used it with my nokia e65, and now 2 months later when i bought a new N95 and use the same smart2go app ill get a license error transfer message and cannot use my smart2go license with nokia n95.. ill contacted smart2go and got this reply..
